Note Bleep Emergency ODP for COVID intubations/ward arrests Remind trainees to hold zone phones

Any patients for: - CT transfers? Remember to inform the ICU technicians - Percutaneous tracheostomy? Neurological death testing? - Ward discharge/repatriation? Inform flow coordinator - Prone/de-prone team?

EQUIPMENT

A3S, A3N, B3S, B3N, C3S, C3N & C3 LINK – assign member to check & stock: Lines trolleys, bronchoscope, video laryngoscopse, USS machine & gel. B3S ensure difficult airway trolley and CMAC available. Any broken/missing/desired equipment? REMINDER: please restock after each use

Ensure role allocation (monday-friday) Any deaths from previous 12-24 hours? Discuss: Coroner required? Cause of death? Concerns? Any outstanding paperwork due?
